1. I thought very good, but for legal opinion, it's better share the draft (in General) so that the learners have an idea of how to create the Legal Opinion

2. Same with MoU and Drafting Employe Agrement, i think it's better share the darft (In General) to make easy to understanding for the learner how to create that document
